Candice Trew is a Holistic Wellness Practioner in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. She is a hands-on therapist with a keen interest in understanding and managing chronic pain and inflammation. She practices awareness of the metaphysical manifestations related to trauma and how this manifests itself in the body. She is also very supportive of diet, nutrition and helping her clients to better manage within their private capacity and budgets.

She has obtained Holistic Massage, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy certificates at the Healing Hands Wellness Institute. Her Aromatherapy certification is put into practice when doing in-house or call outs for Holistic Massage, Pre & Post Partum massage, and Reflexology, specific to each client’s needs.

She is also a certified Birth & Labour Doula who has supported many births in both State and private hospitals in Cape Town. She has done her Doula certification and studies through WOMBS (Women Offering Mothers Birth Support), and is an active member in the Doula Community.
